The challenge

Prodware recognized a real lack of personalization in employees' professional development paths, training that didn't account for someone's actual role, skill gaps, or needs. That problem compounded across geography: with teams spread across 15 countries, Prodware had no reliable way to track and monitor employee progress across multiple different channels, and overseeing onboarding and learning consistently across every country was genuinely difficult.

Underneath both problems was a simpler one, HR teams and managers were spending significant time on manual tasks that ate into everything else they needed to do.

The solution

Prodware built learning pathways through Channels, grouping employees by department, country, and position so each group received individually tailored development plans and personalized content recommendations suited to their actual role, not a generic curriculum applied company-wide.

On the onboarding side, content now pushes to employees automatically, with progress tracked in one analytics hub instead of scattered across channels. Managers gained a single place to find every learning material and assign internal or external content directly to their teams, and onboarding journeys themselves were built to match Prodware's own organizational structure across all 15 countries.

The results

  • 79% of Prodware employees use Juno to upskill every month
  • 1,160 different employee journeys created across 15 different countries
  • All 15 countries now operate under one centralized learning approach instead of running independently
  • Manual HR and manager tasks reduced through automated content pushing and progress tracking

In their words

“By creating personalized development paths with Juno Journey, we have been able to create an employee-centric learning approach at our organization, which has significantly boosted our employee engagement and satisfaction.”
