The challenge

Coordinating training for thousands of employees across multiple domains at Raiffeisen Bank was highly manual and time-consuming. HR, L&D, and Compliance teams lacked centralized visibility across learning programs, and reporting for audits was fragmented, with compliance cycles requiring heavy manual follow-up.

Outside of what regulators required, there was limited ability to measure whether training was actually working. Operational complexity demanded frequent employee upskilling, but the bank's systems couldn't keep pace.

The solution

Juno gave Raiffeisen Bank one platform to centralize every learning program, compliance, onboarding, product training, and leadership development that had previously lived apart. Course assignments, reminders, and escalation flows now run automatically based on role, legal mandate, and business need, instead of manual chasing.

Real-time dashboards give HR, compliance, and business leaders shared visibility into progress and accountability, and audit-ready reports that once required heavy manual follow-up are now delivered instantly. Juno also became the bank's single gateway to outside content, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, and Ukraine's own Diia.Osvita, all inside one platform.

The results

  • Scale & ReachDelivered 300+ learning programs, reaching up to 5,500 employees per course.
  • Completion & SatisfactionAchieved 85-98% completion rates on mandatory programs; 76% of employees rated Juno 9 or 10.
  • CoverageTrained thousands on key compliance topics, including compliance (5,200), information security (4,885), financial monitoring (~5,400), and personal safety (5,981).
  • EfficiencyEliminated manual coordination with automated workflows and notifications, and now delivers audit-ready reports instantly instead of through heavy manual follow-up.

Looking ahead

Raiffeisen Bank continues to widen what's centralized in Juno, most recently broadening access to outside content libraries like Diia.Osvita alongside Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, and Coursera, reinforcing Juno as the single home for continuous learning across the bank.

In their words

“Since partnering with Juno, we've expanded employee access to high-quality learning resources like Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, Diia.Osvita, and more, all in one place. The simplified access to international content has been especially valuable, letting employees learn quickly without bureaucracy. This helps us respond to business needs, strengthen professional skills, and sustain a culture of continuous learning.”
