Every account onboarded like your biggest one.

Each account gets its own path from the data your CS team already keeps: the admin, the champion and the end users each start where they are. Your CSM confirms the account is onboarded, and you get a date for every account.

Week six. The customer opens a ticket your academy already answers.

The admin never logged in, the end users got a PDF, and your CSM is running the same setup call for the fourth time this month.

For your IT and security review: a customer's people enter only through the rule you set, and sign in by link or through their SSO.

  • A rule on your records

A rule on Salesforce Contacts decides who becomes a learner: every customer account, say.

  • A dry run first

See exactly who the rule would add before anyone gets an invite.

  • Synced every night

New contacts join overnight; guardrails decide when someone who left is deactivated.

  • Sign-in by link

No password to set, nothing to install. Where SSO is enforced, SSO applies.

One question at the end of onboarding, and a date that comes out of it

  • One question

At the end of onboarding, the CSM answers one question: is this account onboarded?

  • The evidence beside it

Who was trained, which quizzes they passed, which certificates were issued.

  • Not yet reshapes the rest

A not yet adds what the account still needs and sets the next check.

  • A date per account

A yes records the account's time to onboard, and who confirmed it.

CSMs keep the judgement and lose the repetition.

When your own CS team needs to be current first: CS, Sales & Support

A certification that is worth something to the person who earned it

  • Their own credential

The certificate carries the person's name, what they proved and until when.

  • A pass bar

Quizzes with pass bars, retries and time limits stand behind every certificate.

  • Expiry and refresh

Each certificate expires on a date, and its holder is alerted before it does.

  • Advocates, from the same arc

Who certified and stayed current is your shortlist for webinars and references.

Every release after that: Push Product Updates to Customers

Try it

  • Design our customer academy homepage

A branded public homepage with your real courses, previewed before it goes live.

    Your AI asks you

Your website, who it's for, programs to feature first, what must stay private

    The prompt

I want to design the homepage of our customer academy in Juno Journey: the public page customers land on to learn our product. Use the Juno Journey connector for anything in Juno. If it isn’t connected, stop and tell me how to add it (https://docs.junojourney.com/mcp/overview). Before you build anything, ask me: 1. Our website, so you can match our colors, fonts and logo 2. Who the academy is for (new customers, admins, end users) 3. Which programs or certifications to feature first 4. Anything that must stay private Ask these in one message, then wait for my answers. If you can’t open our site, I’ll paste colors and logo; don’t guess. Check our Juno first: today’s public academy pages, navigation, and which published courses are ready to feature. If you have no public academy tools here, say so; don’t edit our internal academy instead. Then draft the homepage: hero, a link into the course catalog, a “Start here” row, featured programs from our real courses, and navigation. A new public page goes live when saved, so preview it and save only when I say so. Don’t change the live site until I explicitly approve.

  • Turn what customers ask on calls into training

Claude groups the questions customers really ask and drafts a lesson that answers them.

    Your AI asks you

Whether and where you record or note calls, which window and call types, who it's for

    The prompt

I want to turn what customers actually ask on calls into training, so our people can answer before it comes up again. Use the Juno Journey connector for anything in Juno. If it isn’t connected, stop and tell me how to add it (https://docs.junojourney.com/mcp/overview). Before you build anything, ask me: 1. Whether and where we record or note calls (a call recorder, meeting notes, a CRM), or I’ll upload transcripts 2. Which time window and which kinds of calls 3. Who the training is for Ask these in one message, then wait for my answers. Check that source is connected in this chat; if not, I’ll connect it or upload transcripts. Only use questions you actually find, and count how many calls each came from. Group the questions into themes ranked by frequency, then search Juno for content that already answers each one. Propose which themes need an update to an existing course, a new short lesson or FAQ, or a quick drill. Show me that plan first and build only what I approve, as drafts, with customer names removed. Don’t publish or assign until I say so.

  • Compare adoption: trained vs. untrained account owners

Usage side by side for accounts whose owners took the training and those who didn't, labeled as correlation.

    Your AI asks you

The feature, whether and where you track usage and account owners, the "used it" event

    The prompt

I want to compare feature adoption for accounts whose owners took the training vs. those whose owners didn’t. Use the Juno Journey connector for anything in Juno. If it isn’t connected, stop and tell me how to add it (https://docs.junojourney.com/mcp/overview). Before you build anything, ask me: 1. The feature, the training that covers it, the date range 2. Whether and where we track product usage, and which event means “used it” 3. Where account owners are recorded (if anywhere) and how they match Juno users 4. Accounts or segments to exclude Ask these in one message, then wait for my answers. Check each non-Juno source is connected in this chat; if not, I’ll connect it or upload a CSV. Never estimate missing numbers. Pull completions from Juno first and show how you matched people. If you can’t read completions here (analytics may be off for our account), I’ll upload an export from Juno. Then build an interactive artifact: adoption for trained vs. untrained owners, counts per group and the account list. State definitions, show sample sizes and gaps, and say plainly it’s correlation, not causation. Change nothing anywhere.

Questions people ask.

When is a customer account onboarded?

When the CSM who owns it says so, on a date, with the evidence in front of them. At the end of onboarding Juno asks the CSM one question: is this account onboarded? Beside it sit the admin's path, the end users' paths and the quizzes they passed. The yes gives the account its time to onboard.

How do you onboard a new customer's users at scale without adding headcount?

The audience comes from your CRM, the build is per role rather than per account, and the arc ends when the CSM confirms the account is onboarded. A rule on Salesforce records brings each account's people in, each role gets the path built for it, and your CSMs stop running the same setup call.

Do customer users need a password to sign in?

No. A rule on Salesforce Contacts, such as every contact on a customer account, turns them into learners, and a dry run shows who it would add first. The list syncs every night. They sign in with a magic link: no password to set, nothing to install. Where their organization enforces SSO, SSO applies instead.

Can each account get its own path without a separate academy?

Yes. You build one path per role, the admin, the champion and the end user, from the courses you already have, and every account reuses it. The account's people are assigned by the role your CS team records in Salesforce. A new account adds people to paths that exist, never another copy to maintain.

What happens if an account is not onboarded yet?

The CSM answers not yet, and the onboarding changes instead of a cell turning red. What the account still needs is added to the right people's paths, the next check is set, and the CSM is asked again. Onboarding ends when the CSM confirms the account, not when the courses run out.

Does a customer certification mean anything to the person who earns it?

It does when it is theirs. The certificate carries the person's name, what they proved and until when, and it is earned by passing a quiz with a pass bar. It expires on a date and the holder is alerted before it does. The depth is on Customer Training.

How do you turn trained customers into advocates?

You let the arc find them. The people who certified, kept their certificate current and stayed active are the shortlist when your team needs a webinar speaker, a reference or a case study. The list comes out of the same onboarding, so nobody has to nominate anyone or keep a spreadsheet of champions.

How is customer training priced?

Pricing is published on the Pricing page.
