Release 4.2 changes the deployment flow. Update the partner certification and bring Gold partners current.
Keep every partner certified on the product you sell today.
Each release updates the certification it touches, and only the partners holding it go back through the part that moved. You read your channel as certified capacity, firm by firm, and it works with the partner portal you already run.

Their own academy
Its own front door, catalog and certifications, apart from your employees' workspace.
Your tiers, as cards
Each tier you run, with what it takes to reach the next one.
In their own language
A partner in another region certifies in the language they sell in.
Said plainly
Guidance inside your product stays with employees. Partners learn in their academy.
Read your channel as capacity
A certificate count tells you what happened once; capacity tells you what the channel can carry this quarter.
Region by region
Each region's certified people, per certification, on one row.
On the release
Whether each region's people have taken the part the last release changed.
A person signs off
The partner manager confirms each firm: the person who passed may not be on the deal.
States in words
Current, due, lapsed. Every state is a word, never an index to decode.
Issue it, track it, expire it, refresh it
You've completed Northwind Deployment, Gold
Yours are built, run and issued in Juno, and each one is tracked until it is expiring and refreshed.
A provider's certification is mapped to the people who hold it and monitored for its expiry. Juno never authors it.
A pass bar per exam
Each certification carries its pass mark before the certificate is issued.
Expiry as an alarm
Every certification can expire, and an alarm goes out before it lapses.
Certify on a pitch
Partners deliver the pitch and are scored against your rubric, with a pass mark.
Evidence for the sign-off
The assessment result is what the partner manager signs off on.

Launch a partner certification academy
Tiers, exams and the gates between them, drafted as journeys you approve.
Your AI asks you
Tiers, what partners must prove, pass mark and attempts, your site, any docs outside Juno
The prompt
I want to launch a partner certification academy in Juno Journey. Use the Juno Journey connector for anything in Juno. If it isn’t connected, stop and tell me how to add it (https://docs.junojourney.com/mcp/overview). Before you build anything, ask me: 1. Our partner tiers and what each tier unlocks 2. What a partner must prove to be certified at each tier 3. The pass mark and how many attempts 4. Our website, so the pages match our brand 5. Whether we keep partner material outside Juno, and where Ask these in one message, then wait for my answers. For anything outside Juno, check it’s connected in this chat; if not, I’ll connect it or upload files. Never invent partner content. Look in Juno first for existing partner courses, quizzes and academy pages, and reuse them. Then propose one journey per tier, each ending in a certification quiz, plus a public academy page for partners that shows the tiers. Show me the outline, then build the courses, quizzes and journeys as drafts. A new public page goes live when saved, so preview it and save only when I say so. Don’t publish, assign or invite partners until I approve.
Certify the team on a new pitch
Study it, practice it, deliver it, scored against your rubric, with a pass mark.
Your AI asks you
The pitch, your scoring rubric (or a draft), who reviews, the pass mark and deadline
The prompt
I want to certify our team on a new pitch: they study it, practice it, deliver it, and get scored against a clear rubric. Use the Juno Journey connector for anything in Juno. If it isn’t connected, stop and tell me how to add it (https://docs.junojourney.com/mcp/overview). Before you build anything, ask me: 1. The pitch (upload the deck or script, or tell me where it lives) 2. Our scoring rubric, or should you draft one 3. Who reviews and scores, and the pass mark 4. Who must be certified, and by when Ask these in one message, then wait for my answers. If the pitch lives outside Juno, check that source is connected in this chat; if not, I’ll upload it. Stick to our messaging; don’t invent claims. Search Juno first for existing training on this product or pitch. Then propose a certification journey: a short course on the pitch, a practice scenario, a knowledge quiz, and a final pitch reviewed against the rubric. Show me the outline and rubric first, then build the course and quiz as drafts; an interactive practice lesson goes live when saved, so preview it and save only when I say so. Don’t publish, assign or notify anyone until I approve.
Turn a release into a click-through lesson
Your new screens rebuilt from your screenshots, with hotspots, a quick check and SCORM tracking.
Your AI asks you
Where the release note lives, screenshots of the new screens, who it's for, the pass mark
The prompt
I want to turn a product release into a click-through lesson in Juno Journey: people practice the new flow, answer a quick check, and the score reports back to Juno. Use the Juno Journey connector for anything in Juno. If it isn’t connected, stop and tell me how to add it (https://docs.junojourney.com/mcp/overview). Before you build anything, ask me: 1. Where the release note lives (or I’ll paste it) 2. Screenshots of the new screens (I’ll attach them) 3. Who the lesson is for 4. The pass mark Ask these in one message, then wait for my answers. If the release note lives in another tool, check it’s connected in this chat; if not, I’ll paste it. Rebuild each screen in HTML to match my screenshots; never invent UI. Search Juno first for training on this feature, and update it if it exists. Then outline 4-6 steps that mirror the real clicks, with hotspots and short coaching, plus a knowledge check. After I approve, build it as an interactive HTML lesson with SCORM tracking and preview it. Saving it to Juno puts it live in our catalog, so save only when I say so; don’t assign it.

Questions people ask.
How do you keep partner certifications current when the product changes?
- Each release updates the certification it touches, in place. Your LLM finds the module that covers the change, rewrites it and finds every partner who holds the certification. Only those people go back through the part that moved, with a due date, and nothing is sent before you approve it. The rest of the certification stays as it was.
Can partner training run separately from employee training?
- Yes. Partners get their own academy, with its own front door, catalog and certifications, on the same engine that trains your employees. Their workspace is kept apart from your people's, and they sign in with a link by email or through SSO. One difference is deliberate: guidance inside your product stays with your employees, and partners learn in their academy.
How do you bring a new partner firm on board?
- Add the firm's people to the partner academy, place them in the tier every new partner starts on, and assign its first certification. They sign in with a link by email or through SSO. As they pass, the firm moves up your tiers, and what its people hold stays current each time the product changes.
How do I see which partner firms can sell and deploy what we ship?
- Read the capacity view. It shows, firm by firm, how many people hold each certification and whether they are current on the latest release, in words rather than a score. A partner manager signs off each firm, because the person who passed may not be the person on the deal. That sign-off turns a row into a judgement.
What happens when a partner certification expires?
- Each certification can carry an expiry date, and an alarm goes out before it lapses, so the renewal is planned rather than discovered after a lost deal. You decide how long a certification holds and what its refresh covers. Between renewals, each release brings holders back through only the part that moved.
Can we track certifications a provider issues, not only our own?
- Yes, in a separate lane. Your own certifications are built, run, issued, expiring and refreshed in Juno. A provider's certification is mapped to the people who hold it and monitored for its expiry, and Juno never authors it or its exam. Both sit on the same person, so capacity counts what a firm can actually deploy.
What is a certification in Juno?
- A certification is a course or path with an assessment, a pass mark and an issued certificate that can expire and be refreshed. Partners are one audience for it. For partner training as a whole, see Juno for Partners. For customers, see Turn Customers into Experts. For your own people, see the LMS.
How long does it take to launch a partner academy?
- Most of the time goes into decisions, not setup. Your LLM can draft the tiers, the exams and the gates between them as journeys you approve, and existing SCORM, cmi5 or LTI content comes in as it is. What takes longer is agreeing what each tier must prove and who signs it off.
How do partners sign in, and is their data kept apart?
- Partners sign in with a link by email or through your SSO, and their academy is its own workspace, separate from your employees'. They see their own certifications and none of your internal training. Bring your security reviewer to the demo: identity, separation and export are walked through on your own setup.
How is partner certification priced?
- Pricing is published on the Pricing page.
