Juno AI Terms

Juno may integrate certain artificial intelligence capabilities and machine learning data models within the Juno Services, intended to enhance Customer and its personnel ("Users") workflow and efficiency ("AI Features"). These Juno AI Terms ("Juno AI Terms") shall be incorporated with and form an integral part of the Juno Terms of Use or any other written agreement in effect entered into between Juno and Customer for the provision of the Services ("Services Agreement"). In case of any conflict between these Juno AI Terms and the Services Agreement, these Juno AI Terms shall prevail. Any undefined terms shall have the meaning ascribed to such terms under the Juno Terms of Use.

Please read these Juno AI Terms carefully before accessing or using the AI Features. By accessing or using the AI Features in any manner, you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by these Juno AI Terms, and you represent that you have full right, power, and authority to enter into these Juno AI Terms on Customer's behalf.

AI Features Output

Customer and its Users may submit input to the AI Features, which may include text, prompt or any other content ("Input") and receive responses generated by the AI Features ("Output").

No Liability for the Use of Output

The AI Features include certain functionalities that are made available through the integration of third-party AI models provided by Google, Anthropic and OpenAI ("Third Party AI Provider"). Customer acknowledges that the AI Features are comprised of generative AI systems that may produce similar responses to similar prompts or queries, and therefore Juno makes no representations or warranties with regard to the Output, including any ownership thereof. Juno does not control the Output and does not make any guarantees about the accuracy, suitability, or quality of the Output. The Customer and its Users may review, modify, and edit the Output made available through the AI Features within Juno Services prior to utilizing the Output in any manner. Customer and its Users' use of the AI Features shall be at Customer's sole responsibility, and neither Juno nor Third Party AI Provider shall be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss whatsoever caused, or alleged to be caused, directly in connection with the use of the AI Features. Further, Juno and/or Third Party AI Provider assumes no responsibility for unintended, objectionable, inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful Output or violation of any third party rights related to such Output.

No Training

Juno shall configure the Third Party AI Provider settings not to use the Customer Input for the purpose of training the Third Party AI Provider models.

Subprocessing Activity

The intended use of the AI Features on the Services generally does not require the Customer or its Users to share any Personal Data (as such term is defined in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR")) through the AI Features. If Customer or its Users nonetheless share Personal Data through the AI Features, Customer hereby acknowledges and consents that such Personal Data will be processed by Google, Anthropic and OpenAI for the purpose of providing the AI Features.

Beta Features

Customer acknowledges that Juno may offer some AI Features that include pre-released Beta services that are still under continuous development and as such (i) are not at the level of performance or compatibility of final, generally available products; (ii) may not operate correctly, (iii) may be further developed or modified prior to being made generally available.

Pricing

Juno may offer certain AI Features at reduced pricing or at no cost to the Customer. Juno retains the right to charge for premium AI Features upon providing thirty (30) days notice to the Customer.

Amendments

Juno may update these Juno AI Terms from time to time by providing a notice to Customer, including by sending updates through the Juno Services.
