Plan and run every live session, without the spreadsheet.

Book the room while you build the session, send the invitation from your training mailbox, and get attendance back from Zoom, Teams or Google Meet on its own. A session in a room and a session online are the same object here.

Thursday's workshop went well. Monday belongs to the attendance spreadsheet.

Two rooms, one Zoom link and forty people, and someone rebuilds who was there from a Teams export and a paper sign-in sheet.

Three sessions, a room and the invitations, in one request

Schedule the negotiation workshop for the Berlin sales team: three Tuesdays in May, room 4B.

Book the room while you build the session

  • Free or busy, at booking

Juno checks the room's Google or Outlook calendar as you book, and keeps nothing.

  • Four session types, one calendar

Workshops, ILT, webinars and events share one colour-coded calendar, by day, week or month.

  • Sessions that repeat

A session can repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.

  • Reschedule by drag

Move a session to a new slot by dragging it on the calendar.

The attendance list is waiting for you on Monday

A session in a room returns its attendance too: by QR check-in, with a signature where you need proof.

  • Zoom, Teams and Google Meet

Each marks who attended once the session ends, straight from the meeting's own report.

  • The recording, imported

Bring a session's recording into Juno as learning content for whoever missed it.

  • The Google Meet limit

Meet attendance needs the organizer's reports access in Google Workspace, or one grant from IT.

  • QR check-in at the door

People in the room check themselves in by QR and sign where proof is needed.

And the attendance lands in the same learning record as every course in the LMS.

The RSVP sits next to the score and the certificate

  • RSVP as a column

Going, Maybe, Not going or no response, beside progress, score, certificate and due date.

  • Attendance beside intent

Attended and no-show are counted apart from the RSVP, so you see both.

  • Filtered and saved

Filter by label, department or location, and save the view for next time.

  • Exported

Download the filtered view as a CSV, the RSVP column included.

What they say

“Our company academy is very active. It's very comfortable and we use it a lot. We publish all the events that we have, whether they're face-to-face or online.”

Questions people ask.

Is this a training management system or an LMS?

Both, in one platform. The LMS holds the courses, the learning record and the certificates. Events Management runs the live side: sessions of four types on one calendar, rooms booked against Google or Outlook, invitations from your training mailbox, RSVPs, waitlists and attendance returned by Zoom, Teams or Google Meet, all written into the same record.

Why don't RSVPs come back from our Outlook calendar?

Secondary or shared Outlook calendars do not collect RSVPs, so responses never reach Juno. Create a dedicated primary mailbox, such as [email protected], and connect its calendar: invitations then leave from that mailbox and responses come back. Google collects RSVPs on a primary or a secondary calendar, so a dedicated Google account works as it is.

Can we invite people who don't have a Juno account?

Yes. Add external guests by email when you create a cohort. They get a calendar invitation for every session, no account or licence needed, and their RSVP status shows in the guest list beside your own people. Guests are not enrolled in the journey and are not tracked as learners, so their attendance does not count as training.

Does it sync with Google Calendar and Outlook?

Yes, for the people who connect theirs. Each person links Google Calendar or Outlook once from their profile. When they RSVP in Juno, the session lands in their calendar with its time, location and meeting link, and an RSVP they change in their calendar comes back to Juno. A resync option is there if anything drifts.

Can we run the same schedule again next month?

Yes. The schedule is a template and each run is a cohort. Pick a start date and Juno works out every session's date and time from the template; drag a session to adjust it before you create the run. Editing the template shapes the runs to come, and a run already under way is changed in its own cohort.

What happens to the session recording?

The organizer can import it. Zoom cloud recordings, Teams recordings and Google Meet recordings saved to Drive come into Juno on request and attach to the session as learning content, so the people who missed Thursday can watch it. Nothing is pulled in bulk: each recording comes in when someone asks for it.
