Know which partners can sell what you shipped.

Your partners sell and implement your product. Juno keeps them certified on the version you actually ship, and tells you which firms are current before the next deal.

Nine partner firms, one question, nine calls.

A partner certified last year is selling this year's product, and you find out which ones are current one call at a time.

Certification

Make the credential expire when the product does

A certification is the only object in your channel that a partner shows a customer and that you can put an end date on. A completion tells you a course ended; an expiry date tells you when the claim stops being true. The release that made the claim wrong is the event that refreshes it.

Launch a certification academy for our partners: Silver and Gold tiers, 80 % pass mark, two attempts.

  • Issue it

A program with modules, a pass bar, retries and a time limit.

  • Give it an end date

Every credential carries the date it stops being valid.

  • Track who holds it

Who holds it, against which version of your product, and until when.

  • Refresh it when the product moves

The module is updated in place, and the firms affected are listed and re-assigned.

  • Keep the sign-off human

Nothing reaches a partner firm until a person approves the audience and the content.

  • Credentials issued elsewhere

Certificates awarded outside Juno upload in bulk and are tracked beside the rest.

Currency

Know who is current before the meeting

You cannot compel a partner firm, and today you cannot see one either. Juno keeps the record per firm: how many people there carry the credential, which version of your product they hold, and the month that firm runs out. Certified capacity, in the register your CRO already reads. Deals sourced by certified firms stay where they already are, in your own CRM.

  • One row per firm

The firm, and the named people inside it who carry the credential.

  • The version they hold

Every holder shown against the version of your product they were certified on.

  • Lapsing this month

Filter to the firms whose certification runs out, while there is still time.

  • Your tiers, your regions

Gold, silver, region, product line: your own groupings, not ours.

  • Checks that have to be passed

A question answered correctly, not a video played to the end.

  • The work, demonstrated

Post-training validation, so capability is shown rather than assumed.

  • A person confirms it

Someone signs off that a firm can sell and implement, and that is the record.

  • Take the file

Whatever is on the screen filters and exports, in time for the review.

Release briefing

Brief partners with the release you brief your field on

Product, positioning, pricing, processes, competitive, implementation. The material a partner firm needs is the material your own field needs, a week later and in different words, and today somebody rewrites it by hand. One change enters Juno and the same triage produces three briefings: your field team, your customers, your partner firms. Your LLM reads the change and drives Juno; a person approves each audience before it sends.

  • One change in

A release note, a price change, a new competitive position.

  • Three briefings out

Field team, customers and partner firms, from one triage.

  • Priority, named

Mission-critical · Important, not urgent · Nice to know.

  • Written for the firm

The partner version says what they sell, not what your team shipped.

  • In the language they sell in

Translation at scale, so a firm in another region can still sell.

  • Approved before it sends

A person confirms the audience and the content each time.

  • It posts where they already are

Into your Slack channels, per tier or per product line.

The same engine already runs two doors you own

Portal

A front door for partners, inside the one they already use

You already run a portal, and nobody wants to talk a partner firm into visiting a second one. The partner workspace is separate from your customer academy and from your own staff: its own branding, its own audience, its own way in. The course object behind them is maintained once. And the boundary is worth saying out loud, because you will be asked: partners do not get in-app training.

  • A workspace of their own

A partner academy beside your customer academy, each branded as itself.

  • Maintained once

The same course serves both audiences, so nothing is kept true twice.

  • Their own way in

A magic link for a contact with no account, or your SSO where the firm has one.

  • Kept apart from your staff

Partner audiences are built and governed separately from your employees.

  • Tenant isolation and least privilege

The security posture is published item by item at trust.junojourney.com.

  • No in-app for partners

Partners get the academy and the briefings. In-app training stays with your own people.

Try it

  • Launch a partner certification academy

Tiers, exams and the gates between them, drafted as journeys you approve.

    Your AI asks you

Tiers, what partners must prove, pass mark and attempts, your site, any docs outside Juno

    The prompt

I want to launch a partner certification academy in Juno Journey. Use the Juno Journey connector for anything in Juno. If it isn’t connected, stop and tell me how to add it (https://docs.junojourney.com/mcp/overview). Before you build anything, ask me: 1. Our partner tiers and what each tier unlocks 2. What a partner must prove to be certified at each tier 3. The pass mark and how many attempts 4. Our website, so the pages match our brand 5. Whether we keep partner material outside Juno, and where Ask these in one message, then wait for my answers. For anything outside Juno, check it’s connected in this chat; if not, I’ll connect it or upload files. Never invent partner content. Look in Juno first for existing partner courses, quizzes and academy pages, and reuse them. Then propose one journey per tier, each ending in a certification quiz, plus a public academy page for partners that shows the tiers. Show me the outline, then build the courses, quizzes and journeys as drafts. A new public page goes live when saved, so preview it and save only when I say so. Don’t publish, assign or invite partners until I approve.

  • Certify the team on a new pitch

Study it, practice it, deliver it, scored against your rubric, with a pass mark.

    Your AI asks you

The pitch, your scoring rubric (or a draft), who reviews, the pass mark and deadline

    The prompt

I want to certify our team on a new pitch: they study it, practice it, deliver it, and get scored against a clear rubric. Use the Juno Journey connector for anything in Juno. If it isn’t connected, stop and tell me how to add it (https://docs.junojourney.com/mcp/overview). Before you build anything, ask me: 1. The pitch (upload the deck or script, or tell me where it lives) 2. Our scoring rubric, or should you draft one 3. Who reviews and scores, and the pass mark 4. Who must be certified, and by when Ask these in one message, then wait for my answers. If the pitch lives outside Juno, check that source is connected in this chat; if not, I’ll upload it. Stick to our messaging; don’t invent claims. Search Juno first for existing training on this product or pitch. Then propose a certification journey: a short course on the pitch, a practice scenario, a knowledge quiz, and a final pitch reviewed against the rubric. Show me the outline and rubric first, then build the course and quiz as drafts; an interactive practice lesson goes live when saved, so preview it and save only when I say so. Don’t publish, assign or notify anyone until I approve.

  • Build a Product Hub channel from our release notes

Your releases become short lessons and videos, filed by product area.

    Your AI asks you

Where your release notes live, who it's for, your product areas, how far back

    The prompt

I want a Product Hub channel in Juno Journey: one place where people learn what we ship, easy to refresh from our release notes whenever I ask. Use the Juno Journey connector for anything in Juno. If it isn’t connected, stop and tell me how to add it (https://docs.junojourney.com/mcp/overview). Before you build anything, ask me: 1. Where our release notes live (a tool, a docs site, or I paste them) 2. Who the channel is for (customers, our own staff, both) 3. Our product areas, to use as topics 4. How far back to go Ask these in one message, then wait for my answers. Check that source is connected in this chat; if not, I’ll connect it or paste/upload the notes. Never invent a release. Search Juno first for lessons on these features and any existing product channel, and reuse what fits. Then propose the channel: a topic per product area, existing content filed in, and a draft lesson for each gap. Build it as a new private channel and preview it. Adding content to a channel with members notifies them, so ask before touching an existing one. Don’t publish or notify anyone until I approve.

One company, and a program behind it

A security company built its ecosystem on a certification program, and wrote that down in its own case study.

Questions people ask.

How do I know which partners are certified on what ships today?

Juno keeps the record per firm: who there carries the credential, which version of your product they hold, and the month that firm runs out. Filter to the firms lapsing this month, open one to its named people, and take the file into your quarterly review.

What happens to a partner's certification when the product changes?

The module describing the old behavior is updated in place, so the program keeps its link, its history and its record. Juno lists the firms holding the affected credential and assigns re-certification against a date you set. A person approves the audience before anything reaches a partner firm.

Can we train partners separately from employees, with separate branding and sign-in?

Yes. The partner workspace is separate from your internal one and from your customer academy: its own branding, its own audience, its own way in, either a magic link or your SSO where the firm has one. The course object behind them is built and maintained once.

Can partners take the training inside the portal we already run?

Juno is the certification layer beside the portal you already run. Material built elsewhere comes in as SCORM 1.2 or 2004, cmi5 or xAPI, and LTI 1.3 lets Juno open tools you already license. Where a course opens from depends on your portal, so ask us to show it on yours.

What is the difference between channel partner training and partner training?

Partner training covers every firm that sells, implements or supports your product for you, including referral and technology partners. Channel partner training is the subset aimed at resellers and distributors who hold the commercial relationship with the end customer. The mechanics are the same, and the commercial stakes are not.

How do partners get accounts, and what happens when someone leaves?

You build a partner audience from your own contact list and invite people by magic link, or through your SSO where that firm has one. Access follows the identity that grants it, so when somebody leaves the firm, the answer sits with whoever controls their sign-in. Bring your list and we will run it live.

Can we charge partners for a certification?

Yes. A certification can be sold through Stripe, and the payment sits against the same program record as the result. Whether you charge your own channel is a commercial decision we are in no position to make for you. Some vendors fund it centrally, others bill the firm.

Can partners get a badge, or be listed publicly?

Juno issues the certification, tracks who holds it, expires it on the date you set, and refreshes it when your product moves. Publishing a credential outside Juno, to a badge network, a public directory or an exam provider, is not something we do. Credentials issued elsewhere upload here and are tracked.

How long does it take to launch a partner academy?

We publish no figure, because the part that takes time is yours: deciding what a certified firm must be able to do, and who signs that off. The workspace, the branding, the audience and the first program are configuration. Bring one release and your partner list.

Is this about becoming a Juno reseller?

No. This page is for companies certifying the firms that sell and implement their own product. If you want to resell or implement Juno itself, that is a different page and a different conversation, and it is here. The words people search for are the same, which is why this answer exists.

How is partner training priced, per firm or per person?

The current plans are set out on the pricing page.
