The challenge

As efficy scaled across multiple countries, creating, assigning, and managing training across teams and offices required significant manual work, slowing down everything from product enablement to compliance. Without a central place to store content or track learning, knowledge stayed siloed within individual teams, engagement was difficult to measure, and understanding training impact across the organization was nearly impossible.

Rapid growth made this worse, not better: efficy's expanding operations meant hundreds of employees needed updated product knowledge faster than its existing systems could support.

The solution

Juno let efficy build, update, and standardize courses in minutes instead of days, so knowledge could flow across teams and countries instead of staying isolated in one office. Role-, team-, and location-based rules now assign the right content to the right people automatically, without manual intervention.

Just as importantly, Juno changed who gets to teach. Instead of L&D owning every piece of training, efficy brings subject-matter experts and stakeholders from different teams directly into the platform. Because Juno is intuitive enough for new instructors to onboard quickly, more teams can proactively share and maintain their own expertise, all inside one centralized learning hub visible to the whole company.

The results

Product Enablement

  • 4 main learning processes launched
  • 24 learning units created
  • Training delivered across 15+ departments, reaching hundreds of employees

Compliance Training

  • 1 major compliance process rolled out
  • 94% company-wide completion, across 400 employees

Efficy now operates with a scalable, cross-team learning structure that supports rapid growth while improving knowledge sharing and learning outcomes across every location.

In their words

“We bought Juno to make sure our knowledge, especially product knowledge, would cross office borders and be accessible to everyone in the company. The platform's intuitiveness makes it easy to onboard instructors from different teams, which helps us proactively share expertise across the organization.”
