What you get

The prompt

Written to ask before it assumes, check what already exists, and stop before anything goes live.

Works in Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot
I want to find the people who started a training and stopped, and help them finish before it becomes overdue.

Use the Juno Journey connector for anything in Juno. If it isn't connected, stop and tell me how to add it (https://docs.junojourney.com/mcp/overview).

Before you build anything, ask me:
1. My role and the team I support
2. Which trainings, or all of them
3. After how many days without progress someone counts as stuck
4. Which team chat we use, if the nudge should go there
Ask these in one message, then wait for my answers.

Read from Juno who has started but not completed, with no progress for that many days, and break it down by training and by manager. If you can't read it here (some of this needs an admin role), say so; I'll upload an export.

Show one line per training: how many are stuck, for how long, and their managers. Then draft one short nudge per training and one note per manager. If this assistant supports artifacts connected to Juno, build it as an interactive artifact that re-reads Juno each time I open it, and say so; otherwise build it static and show the date the data was read.

Routine: after the first run, offer to repeat this every Monday. If this assistant can run scheduled tasks, set one up only after I approve it; if not, give me a one-line prompt I can re-run.

Don't send anything; show me who would get each nudge and send only when I say go.

Your AI asks you

  2. Q2Which trainings, or all of them
  3. Q3After how many days without progress someone counts as stuck
  4. Q4Which team chat we use, if the nudge should go there
