Turn business objectives into a training plan

I want this quarter's business objectives translated into the training each team needs, with what we already have and what we must build.

Before you build anything, ask me:
1. My role and the team I support
2. The objectives (paste them, or tell me where they live)
3. Which teams each objective touches
4. Our capacity this quarter (how much new content we can build)

Search Juno first for courses, journeys and channels that already cover each need.

Give me a table: objective, team, what exists, the gap, build or buy, effort. Then propose the three programs to start with.

Routine: after the first run, offer to repeat this at the start of every quarter. If this assistant can run scheduled tasks, set one up only after I approve it; if not, give me a one-line prompt I can re-run.
