Turn a review into a plan with dates

I just had a performance review. I want what we decided turned into a development plan with steps, dates and a check, so the next review starts where this one ended.

Before you build anything, ask me:
1. My role and the team I support
2. The person and the decisions from the review (paste my notes)
3. The competency or goal this is about
4. The review date and the next one
Ask these in one message, then wait for my answers.

Read the person's current plan and levels in Juno first.

Draft the plan: 3 steps with dates, content from our library first, a check before the next review. Show me the draft.

Routine: after the first run, offer to repeat this halfway to the next review: show me whether the plan moved. If this assistant can run scheduled tasks, set one up only after I approve it; if not, give me a one-line prompt I can re-run.

The plan stays a draft until we both agree. Don't assign or notify anyone.
