Written to ask before it assumes, check what already exists, and stop before anything goes live.

I want every new hire paired with a certified buddy in Juno Journey, with the buddy set on their onboarding path so both know who to turn to. Use the Juno Journey connector for anything in Juno. If it isn't connected, stop and tell me how to add it (https://docs.junojourney.com/mcp/overview). Before you build anything, ask me: 1. My role and the team I support 2. Which start dates to cover 3. How we mark who can be a buddy (an attribute in Juno, or a list) 4. The rules for a good match (same team, same location, not their manager, at most N new hires each) 5. Which onboarding path the buddy is attached to Ask these in one message, then wait for my answers. For our HRIS or the buddy list, check it is connected in this chat; if not, I'll connect it or upload an export. Never guess what is in it. Read the new hires by hire date and the people marked as buddies in Juno. Propose one buddy per new hire with a one-line reason, and flag anyone without a good match. After I approve the pairs, show me the assignment of the onboarding path with each buddy set, and a short intro message for each pair. Routine: after the first run, offer to repeat this every Monday for the people starting the following week. If this assistant can run scheduled tasks, set one up only after I approve it; if not, give me a one-line prompt I can re-run. Don't assign anyone or send any message until I approve.
