A catch-up for everyone who missed the session
No-shows found, the recording or a short lesson sent, a deadline set.
The prompt
Written to ask before it assumes, check what already exists, and stop before anything goes live.
Works in Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot
I want everyone who missed a live session to catch up: the recording or a short lesson on the same content, with a deadline. Use the Juno Journey connector for anything in Juno. If it isn't connected, stop and tell me how to add it (https://docs.junojourney.com/mcp/overview). Before you build anything, ask me: 1. My role and the team I support 2. The session, or the event in Juno 3. Whether we have a recording, and where it is 4. The catch-up deadline Ask these in one message, then wait for my answers. For the recording, check it is connected in this chat; if not, I'll connect it or upload an export. Never guess what is in it. Read attendance from Juno: who was invited, who attended, who did not. Search Juno for content on the same topic. Propose the catch-up: the recording added to a short draft course with a 3-question check, or existing content if it fits. Show me who would receive it. Routine: after the first run, offer to repeat this after every live session. If this assistant can run scheduled tasks, set one up only after I approve it; if not, give me a one-line prompt I can re-run. Don't assign or notify anyone until I approve.
