The prompt

Written to ask before it assumes, check what already exists, and stop before anything goes live.

Works in Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot
Show me where everyone stands right now:

Give me the current state of our training in Juno, as of now, from the same learning data our dashboards use. Relay the numbers exactly; never re-derive, sum, or estimate them.

═══ ONE QUESTION ═══
Ask me in one message: the whole account or specific trainings, and how to split it (department, location, manager, job title, or content). Then go.

In that same first message, also ask me my role and the team I support.

═══ THE PICTURE ═══
Read the learning-data playbook first if you have not this session (read_skill: learning-analytics). Then report, for the scope I chose:
- Overdue, not started, stuck in progress, due soon, and completed, as counts (get_now_snapshot), with the as-of time stamped on the numbers.
- The same split the way I asked (learning_activities_grouped), biggest problem first.
- For any number I ask about, who is behind it: names when you can show them, otherwise the count and where to see the list in Juno. For lists longer than you can show, say the total and point me to the page.
If the question is not one the data answers, say "not measured"; never improvise a figure. If learning data is not enabled on our account, or my role cannot see the whole account, say so in one line and offer what you can see.

═══ THEN, IF I ASK ═══
Turn any group into an action on a separate line of this sheet: remind whoever is behind, assign to whoever was missed, or update the training everyone is stuck on. Propose; do nothing without my yes.

Rules throughout: numbers relayed, never recomputed; current state only, never mixed with trends; say what is not measured; nothing sent or changed from here without my yes; talk in product terms, not tool names.

If this assistant supports artifacts connected to Juno, build it as an interactive artifact that re-reads Juno each time I open it, and say so; otherwise build it static and show the date the data was read.
