Sort the library before you move it

We are moving our training library into Juno Journey. Before we move anything, I want to decide what to keep, merge, rebuild or retire.

Use the Juno Journey connector for anything in Juno. If it isn't connected, stop and tell me how to add it (https://docs.junojourney.com/mcp/overview).

Before you build anything, ask me:
1. My role and the team I support
2. Where the inventory comes from (an export from our old LMS, a spreadsheet)
3. What usage or completion data we have for it
4. Our rules: what is too old, too little used, mandatory
Ask these in one message, then wait for my answers.

For the inventory, check it is connected in this chat; if not, I'll connect it or upload an export. Never guess what is in it.

Read the inventory, then search Juno for what already exists on the same topics.

Give me a table: item, usage, last updated, what Juno already has, decision (keep, merge, rebuild, retire), effort. Then the first 10 to move.

This is a plan: change nothing in Juno.
